Financial Policies

Esthetic and restorative dentistry are excellent investments in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and have several payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

We require payment in full or est. co-pay on date of service, unless payment arrangements are made prior. We will extend paying in 1/2 & 1/2 or 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 not to extend a 90 day period.

Insurance Accepted:

Most insurance plans are accepted, including:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (please call your BCBS carrier to be sure you can be seen in our office-they have many products)
  • Delta Dental
  • Guardian
  • CIGNA

If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. Co-payments are required at the beginning of treatment.
